So disappointed second bracelet breaks after 8 weeks

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. My amazing friends wanted to buy me something special for my 50th and knew I loved Tiffany. An appointment was booked so I could try bracelets on and make my choice. After great device in the Birmingham store my wrist was measured and sent off so it would be ready for my 50th birthday. My day came to open my gift and to everyone’s embarrassment it didn’t fit it was the standard size which had not been altered. So the appointment was a waste of time and I had a gift that couldn’t be worn to my party. My friend had to take the bracelet back to Birmingham as her expense of petrol parking etc. explained the situation and wasn’t even offered an apology or any form of compensation. Was told it would be sent out but 3 weeks went by and still no bracelet after numerous phone calls and said it would be sent out over 6 weeks after my birthday it arrived. However not the happy ending I was hoping for. 4 weeks later on holiday just putting it on to go out in the evening it broke over the sink, the silver heart went down the sink and beads all over the place. Again so upset was not even how I would state how I was. Taken back to the Birmingham branch again and explained what happened. Wrist was measured again and a duplicate was re ordered. Again still not a happy ending my second bracelet has broken again after wearing 3 times. Now want a refund and go and buy something else from another jewellery provider. Won’t be buying Tiffany again buying the branding not the quality.
