I organised to have Hyperoptic Broadband at my new home several weeks ago. I was told it was all ready to go when I moved in just a simple phone call was required to activate it. Of course no service was available when I called for activation. I was promised an engineer to look at it 5 days ago and still nothing. I’d say avoid at all costs.

Very easy to set up the connection. The router was already in the flat, all we had to do was to pick a plan and chat with customer service. They were super helpful and we were connected to the internet within minutes. Moreover, compared with other providers, prices are very competitive.
