Had a broken boiler which was quite old and decided to replace.
I contacted Heatable on line and decided on the replacement boiler and ordered on line
The process was very slick and professional with prompt replies and comprehensive information and updates.
Gavin the engineer contacted us the day before to arrange times etc
Gavin arrived promptly surveyed the job and started
He worked almost continuously not stopping for lunch
The finished job is fantastic, so neat and he tidied the whole area and left the job in fantastic condition.
I would totally recommend Heatsave and Gavin for his friendly and professional work, well done all

Found Heatable online when comparing prices with other providers (much cheaper than other). I had concerns about my old boiler (over 20 years old) and its location.
Requested an e-survey, sent some pictures off via my phone (really easy to do) and received a phone call about an hour later.
The call was very informative, we went through my concerns and talked about my potential purchase and was told all was covered by the fixed price and they’d sort out any issues so nothing to worry about.
Purchased my boiler that evening (Thursday) a Worchester Bosch 4000, controlled by Nest along with some extra radiator thermostats. It was scheduled to be fitted the following Monday.
I was contacted by the engineer told when he would arrive, asked via email and text if I had any questions and was informed all the way.
On arrival the engineer worked his socks off, never stopped for over 6 hours. On finishing (what looked to me a big job) he talked me through the boiler, showed me the new pipe work (inside and out) and setup the Nest module.
Everything was cleared up and taken with him.
The boiler itself seems to work without issue (its June so heating has not been on) shower ‘power’ has increased massively and hot water is almost instant.
Highly recommended for price, communication and service.
