Why send a customer a picture saying the parcel has been delivered – when its hasn’t and is merely a picture of a parcel! how is that proof ??? You have changed your name but the service remains the same an that was your issue . If I was advised before purchasing an item it would be delivered by Evri I would not purchase you an continually the worst courier service I have more faith in Royal mail!

Furthermore you ask for a picture which I am happy to give however there is an error message saying you cannot upload these types of file – just to add insult to injury

Contempt for customers

I have an item with Hermes now Evri since September 2, 2022. Today is the 26th of September. I tried to contact them to find out what’s wrong but what is insulting and infuriating is that it is not possible to get anyone on the phone. The possibility / option is not there at all. And the automated response is not helpful. Regulatory agencies should look into Hermes or Evri. I suspect there are scammers behind the venture.

I would like to give them no rating but it looks like that is not possible. They do not deserve even a single star.

Just peed away a full day annual leave from work against the wind. Wednesday, planned for parcels to be picked up on Friday. Set my alarm for 7am on Friday to ensure I didn’t miss the 8am – 8pm potential pick up time. Sat in absolute silence to ensure I would not miss the intercom or a knock at my door. Received an email stating my parcels would be picked up between 1pm – 2pm. In between I received another email stating the driver could not access the property (utter BS… A primary school child can work our flats intercom). Follow up email states I now need to wait until Monday for these clowns to schedule a 2nd pick up attempt, and potentially screw me out of another work holiday.

This company are a complete shambles regardless of their name change. Any time their driver’s attempt to deliver, they always want to throw the parcel in the lift and send it up, rather than take the time to personally hand deliver them!

Trying to complain is futile. Typical “do not reply” email addresses provided… No customer complaint email address available on their website, their (tragic comedy) “webchat” is with an automated machine, which is basically a magic roundabout of generic questions which consistently lead to completely unrelated topics the further down the rabbit hole you go.

Sorry Hermes… but changing your name to Evri in the hope of eradicating your woeful (dis)service, is not going to work. Your company is a thorough shambles from start to finish, and I’m astonished so many reputable businesses put their faith in your business… they must have a severe glue huffing dependency to let this company’s reliably unreliable service pee off their valued customers!

P.S. – I would prefer to give this review a Zero Star rating, but it wouldn’t let me confirm the above without rating it at least One Star.

Text said failed delivery and charged me for redelivery even though I was sat in my house all morning

I have had a text telling me to pay evri for redelivery of an item this morning but i was in all morning including when the text came through. I have been trying to get some contact details but there is nothing except possibly a premium number. Disgusted

WE LIVE IN A BLOCK OF FLATS. WHEN EVER EVRI DELIVER THEY JUST CHUCK THE PARCELS DOWN OUTSIDE AND RUN AWAY.

FROM NOW I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THAT AN ITEM IS DELIVERED UNLESS IT IS HANDED TO ME IN PERSON
